Shipping policy

WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY (Swiss Post, DHL, Fedex, Yun Express)

International Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout. After you place your order you will receive an email confirmation from us with the tracking number. Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number and address to avoid any delays. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days upon purchase. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Amati cannot offer reimbursement for this package. In such cases, we will do our best to track the package and deliver it to the correct address. Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes, and duties are the customers responsibility.
