HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

You can either start your return here or send us an E-Mail to request a return or exchange.

Products (except for personalized products) are eligible for returns and must be returned to us within 14 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products. Items must be unused, with all tags & original packaging.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges are to be paid by the customer. If you prefer email assistance, kindly send us an email at info@amaticollection.com and our customer care team will provide the return instructions.

PROCESSING TIME:

We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

You will receive an email approving your return/exchange from the time of your request.
